First-Ever Themed Potluck, August 21

August 21, 2:30-4:30pm

Join us for an afternoon of practice, socializing and good food (you have to provide that part!). We're hosting our first-ever school-wide themed potluck, which has been sparked by increased interest in practice and comparing practice notes after Bruce Frantzis' June Meditation workshop. Even if you did not attend the workshop, you are welcome to attend:

• Group practice led by Program Director Dan Kleiman
• Practice discussion: "What have you been working on from the workshop", "What resonates in your life outside of the classroom", etc.
• Food and Fun
