Free Tai Chi Lessons
At Brookline Tai Chi, we've taught over 10,000 students since 1992. Our teaching methods promote a coherent system of self-care and we focus on building relaxation, mindfulness and better health by sharing ancient practices with a modern audience. While Tai Chi is best learned through live instruction, we want as many people as possible to begin their journey toward wellness. That's why we've made some of our foundational Tai Chi exercises available, at no cost, to anyone who is looking to relax into the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi.
