Energy Gates Introduction
Opening the Energy Gates of Your Body, or “Energy Gates” for short, is a qigong set you can use to “go inside” and explore your body by feel from the inside out. We use the 6 Energy Gates exercises to feel and release bound energy in the body, realign poor movement patterns (especially hips, knees, and spine), and learn to move in a more flowing, connected way.
Energy Gates Level 2
Level 2 Energy Gates topics will rotate throughout the year. You will learn how to dissolve bound energy, release your nervous system through the 3 Swings and the Taoist Spine Stretch, and track internal flows with Cloud Hands.
