Chi Gung: Gods Playing In The Clouds
Introductory Course: Basic Movements
REGISTER NOW (Introductory Classes)
Gods was the only chi gung set practiced in his eighties by GrandMaster Liu Hung Chieh—lineage disciple of the founder of Wu style and teacher of Bruce Frantzis. It involves only six movements, which are simple to learn though levels and levels of refinement are possible. The large circular arm movements help loosen up the neck and shoulders. The legwork—simple shifting, turning, and folding—can help you feel more rooted and connected to the ground. Movements are repeated in sets of ten or twenty.
