Through this single continuous movement exercise you learn to energetically open and close all of the joints and cavities of your body to pump energy through your system. Through this exercise you literally increase the space inside your joints and increase their shock absorption and pumping capacities.
This is one of the most important energy movement techniques you can learn, for health, meditation or martial arts.
Tai Chi, Hsing I and Ba Gua all use this energy movement technique to generate internal power. This exercise is used in China to treat arthritis.
Level 1 Courses
