Special Courses: Dynamic Joint Mobility
The course offers a safe, efficient, effective approach to quality movement, achieving enduring physical results through a combination of dynamic joint mobility templates and functional body weight routines. Template drills—to address chronically problematic body mechanics—help eliminate pain, restore range of motion, reeducate the body to produce coordinated movement, and develop supple connective tissue. The ultimate warm-up regimen, the templates prime the nervous system for movement. Then, you’ll learn correct execution of various body weight exercises essential to physical fitness, martial arts, or chi gung. You will build an individualized workout repertoire that is both challenging and fun.
