Tai Chi: Push Hands

Push Hands consists of two-person exercises which teach you how to remain centered and "rooted" when another person pressures you and how to yield to and return that person's force. These exercises are fun, help you to release stress, and deepen your understanding of the solo forms. Push Hands is the bridge between the forms and fighting. In our school we offer two levels of instruction in Push Hands.
