Tai Chi

You’ve probably seen people perform the gentle flowing progression of movements known as Tai Chi. You can practice this art to calm your mind, deeply relax your body, attain better balance, rehabilitate injuries and promote whole body health. Tai chi is an “internal” martial art that combines chi gung energy development practices with the fighting movements of “external” martial arts. Most people, even in China, now practice it to promote whole body health, which is our focus.
