The exercises that help you explore how to interact optimally with another person’s energy and physicality are referred to collectively as Push Hands. You can think of the Tai Chi form, which transformed into a meditative and healing process, as having its roots in this original interaction. These courses will explore a variety of Push Hands games and exercises, and other interactive processes that will enhance your understanding of the Tai Chi form and energetics, and which also happen to be healthy, empowering, and fun!
