Student Practicing Standing Meditation

Brookline Tai Chi  is one of the oldest and most respected schools of Tai Chi and Qigong in New England. For more than 25 years, we have offered a wide range of courses and trainings that enliven, enlighten, and empower students of all ages and levels of ability.

As we approach our fourth decade, we are committed to bringing the benefits of Tai Chi to populations who need them the most–the elderly, the disabled, the blind, the traumatized, the economically disadvantaged–while at the same time maintaining our roots in traditional, authentic Tai Chi and internal arts.

We offer 20 different weekly classes, and an average of 5-10 special workshops every year. We also partner with elder care facilities and community health agencies, and train teachers and therapists to work with aging and other at-risk populations to utilize Tai Chi to reduce falls, increase energy and well-being.

To continue this work, we rely on the contributions of donors, both individual and corporate.  Because our public health programs are offered at low or no cost, we depend upon the generosity of people like you to keep this valuable community service going, and growing.

Brookline Tai Chi is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit. All donations are tax-deductible.
