Always wondered about Tai Chi, but don't know where to start? This is a perfect introductory short program that gives individuals a chance to experience the joys and benefits of Tai Chi, without having to commit to a full 2 or 4 month course. "A Taste Of" classes introduce the essential Tai Chi processes of Quiet Standing, Rooting, Pulsing, and Mindful Movement, and are designed to be appropriate for students of all ages and levels of physical ability.
ATOTC are held at 2 times a week, throughout the season. You can sample your first class for free. After that, you can purchase a special Introductory 3-Class Card for only $29. (Continuing ATOTC cards can be purchased at $49 for 3 classes, $99 for 7 classes).
Just show up. Wear comfortable clothing (no heels or hard soles, but socks are okay!). Our instructors are experienced working with students from teenage to elderly, and with all variations of physical capacity. Expect to learn, relax, and feel good!
ATOTC classes are scheduled on: Mon 12-1pm and Sat 10-11am between Feb 27, 2017 and April 16, 2017
