All of our core Tai Chi and Qigong courses are drawn from the Energy Arts System as presented by Taoist Lineage Holder Bruce Frantzis.
In accordance with the Taoist roots of the Energy Arts System, we aim to follow the 70% Principle, which emphasizes slow change, letting go, and not taking your body or mind into strain, with the ultimate goal of letting the mind and body relax and open further.
Many subjects that fall outside of the Wu Style Short and Long Forms and the four main qigong sets we teach will be presented as workshops.
