Invented by the famous General Yu Fei, Xing Yi or “form mind” boxing is designed to enliven the body, making it internally flexible and elastic. It strengthens the mind and sharpens the intent, giving one a vibrancy into old age.

Beng Chuan – crushing fist – derives its energy from the liver. By harnessing the potential of the liver it is said,”one may accomplish all things”. It’s issuance should be like a seedling piercing through the soil into the light. This workshop will focus on how to use the mind/form of Beng Chuan to heal oneself, strengthen the mind/body harmony, connect inside with the outside, and crush all obstacles.

Instructor Marcus Opalenik has been studying internal Kung Fu for 18 years. He is a certified instructor under Master and adept Luo De Xiu and studied in the Republic of China for 6 years under his direct tutelage.
